Job Description

- Position : Sales Manager
- Location: Maharashtra & Goa
Qualification & Experience:
- The Sales
Manager should have an in-depth knowledge of Real Estate market of Mumbai,Navi
Mumbai,Pune,Goa etc.
- He should have an experience of atleast 5 years in sales
of Real Estate projects.
- Should have excellent communication skills in English
& Hindi (Marathi speaking preferable). The candidate should have fair
knowledge of Microsoft office particularly Word and Excel and should be able to
prepare presentations for the projects.
Scope of Work:
- The Sales Manager has to handle the entire sales activities of
the group projects in Navi-Mumbai,Mumbai,Pune,Goa or any other territory.
- The
Sales Manager has to appoint a team of sales executives,sales agents,channel
partners etc with certain targets and give them complete description of the
projects and make sure that they achieve their assigned targets.
- Sales Manager
should also work with the Digital Media team and work out an effective strategy
for the online promotions and marketing of the projects.
- Salary Package: Rs 4 lacs per annum plus
incentives/commission
