Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Sales calls to prospective customers (students and tutors) for India and Australia operations; timely follow-ups over calls and emails,
- Achieving sales target through acquisition of new customers and growing business from existing customers,
- Getting qualified tutors on-board for online tutoring by making sales calls and running email/ SMS campaigns,
- Training students and tutors on using platform (and virtual classroom),
- Be the first point of contact with students and tutors, troubleshoot queries, and handling complete operations starting from organizing Introductory sessions, technical assistance in using the platform and monitoring students and tutors' daily activities,
- Observe specifically consumer behavior, conducting feedback surveys and suggesting improvements.
Skills Required:
- Understanding of the internet, e-learning, sales expertise,
- Excellent English language skills: written and oral communication and presentation skills (calling customers for Australia operations)
- Building and managing strong relationship with clients,
- Ability to handle multiple projects (sales and daily operations) simultaneously,
- Passionate for working in a start-up environment and should be able to take responsibilities for various tasks.
