Job Description
- Position: Sales and Marketing Executive
- Reporting to: Team Lead
- Travel reimbursement: as applicable

- Location: Mumbai
- Support seniors to develop new customer base by gathering more and more market and customer related information to generate new lead.
- Responsible to maintain healthy relations with customers and provide regular services ) for better business generation.
- Ensure that any new inquiry, through e-mail or telephonic calls are promptly attended to.
- Before the order material is dispatched for delivery, coordinate with internal team and ensure that the necessary documents pertaining to quality checks, order/dispatch details, etc are completed.
- Liaise with authorities/personnel concerned to arrange for logistics to ensure timely delivery of the shipment.
- Follow up with commercial department and customers regarding settlement of payments according to the credit period & terms.
- Participate and contribute inputs for Sales budgeting.Generate and maintain MIS reports as required by seniors.
