RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales
Preference
- Lead generation and prospecting for new memberships-
- Providing information to all new members, prospects about Unboxed Coworking space. (i.e., reaching out to interested people, emailing etc.)
- Lead management & Closing of leads - Maintain list of contacts/ leads and follow-up with interested customers.
- Providing an amazing first experience ( Office Tour ) to new prospects who visit the space in-person
- Built and cultivate relationships with potential members.
- Community Management
- Collaborate across teams to ensure successful placement of new members.
- Provide unmatched customer service to new members to ensure an excellent start to their member experience.
- Assist existing members, and become their first point of contact for complaints and feedbacks.
- Built and maintain supportive relationship with the community members to increase their retention.
Preference
- Bachelor’s Degree (Journalism, Mass communication, Hotel Management, Etc.)
- (0-1) years of sales experience in startups and/or entrepreneurial environments.
- Track record of sales , reaching out to potential clients and emailing are highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience in prospecting, developing and hand off sales
- Experience in customer service and relationship building are highly desirable
- Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.
- Exceptional organization skills and multi-tasking skills.
- 2.5– 3.0 Lakhs (based on skills and initiation)
