Responsibility:
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully accessing the market & client.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Prioritize markets for new and existing product portfolios.
Collect and analyze market data to drive growth and develop markets.
Develop an understanding of current and future market trends that may impact sales.
Ensure revenue targets are achieved within the responsible territories.
Establish and lead regular meetings and conference calls with shop owners, wholesalers, distributors & retailers.
Train retail shop attendants to ensure continual improvement in capability, knowledge, customer service, performance and profitability.
Implement new sales strategies and techniques with wholesalers, distributors & retailers.
Establish and enforce pricing and discount policies.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in each territory, whilst facilitating ongoing product training and support.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with distributors and other members of the team.
To follow business protocols set by company.
To establish brand and build a network chain in the city.
Key Skills: Highly persuasive and possess convincing skills. § Good communication skills. Highly productive and result oriented. Eligibility Criteria:Post Graduate / Graduate in any stream with up to 2 years of experience in ‘On-Field Sales and Marketing’.
Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
Excellent communicator with the ability to motivate distributors and effectively engage with customers.
Ability to develop training programs for wholesalers, distributors & retailers
Highly motivated self-starter, with the ability to think innovatively and work independently.
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
Proven experience conducting market analysis and identifying new territories.
Ability to work with people across different cultures and nationalities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
