Job Description

Female Marketing professional required: An upcoming combat sports company is seeking to hire a female marketing professional, with minimum 1-2 years of experience in Marketing and Sales, strong social media understanding, in events/ television industry, fluent in hindi and English. The Marketing professional is responsible for all issues relating to Brand recognition, Sales, Tie-ups, Publicity and Marketing strategies. All activities are to be aligned with companies' vision and development in order to generate sponsors and therefore, increase sales. The successful candidate will have strong marketing understanding, up-to date knowledge of social media and a passion for the television industry.

Duties:

Plan and implement marketing campaigns
Responsible for all Media and Sponsor Tie-ups, Sales, Talent Contract Negotiations etc
Pitching ideas to new and potential investors and producers of the show
Responsible for Internal visuals and advertisement Catalogues, TV Screens, .

Requirements:

MBA Preferred.
Must be proactive and have a working knowledge and skills in customer relations.
Strong social media understanding
1-2+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with exposure to the events/ television industry
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Television and events industry knowledge
Creativity and commercial awareness
Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Fluent in English and Hindi
Should be able to travel anywhere in India for the project purpose.
