Job Description
- Designation : Direct Mktg. Executive – Sales Executive
- Collecting Leads From the Tele callers, & Meeting the Clients.
- Calling Clients, fixing the right time for appointment.
- Understanding the Budget & Exact need of the client &
- Offering the right membership product from the range of products.
- Following up with the customers for closures,
- Achieving the Targets on time.
- Reporting to the respective manager.
- Location of Work: Pune
- Type of Employment: Permanent with initial probation of 6 months
- Gender Preferred: Male/Female both.
- Expected Joining Date : Immediately
- Salary Structure
- CTC for direct marketing is 2.5 LPA package, includes half variables it depends on target + Mobile Reimbursement.
- Apart from the above details employees will be eligible for spot and special incentives on attaining their targets.
- After Achieving Targets the employee is eligible for getting Food Allowance
