2. Marketing & Branding
Design and implement marketing campaigns (digital & offline) to generate leads.

3. Team Management & Training
Lead and train a team of sales executives, telecallers, and marketing professionals.
Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and drive motivation.

4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Conduct market analysis, pricing strategies, and competitor benchmarking.
Stay updated on real estate trends, new project launches, and customer preferences.
Provide insights for pricing, promotions, and investment opportunities.
5. Lead Management & Conversion
Track and manage lead pipelines using CRM tools.
Follow up with potential clients to convert inquiries into sales.
