Job Description
The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for lead generation and building a pipeline of top quality prospects. As a Marketing Specialis, the candidate will also be responsible for overseeing other activities in company.Moreover, the candidate will act as a strategic partner with an eye towards a long-term sales strategy.
Female with strong entreprenuel skills and willing to work for a START UP and grow as a partner.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategy
- Report sales metrics
- Manage the sales process (lead generation, closing)
- Long term vision willing to work for less salary and more of profit sharing
- Strong cold calling and prospecting skills on the phone and in person
- Ability to generate leads and create sales pipelines
- Ability to fix meetings
- Target oriented approach as we need to set benchmarks
- Manage and update database with aggressive follow-up
- Comfortable in talking to people and also a good listener
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 1+years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Self-starter
- Skills Required: Good communication skills (Multi Lingual)
- Good convincing power
- Self-motivated and capable of making commitments
