Job Description
- Sales and Support Executive is responsible for all the internal and external aspects of a Product's Launch and Growth.
- Candidate should have exposure in Selling Software Products
- Generate Leads and meet the local business and convince them to buy our software products
- Visit the Leads and explain the products.
- Design and Execute marketing campaigns.
- Field visits and Enroll Customer and collect Data.
- Collect New Requirements and share to Product Development team
- Backend Support & Provide call and mail support to Customers.
- Operation Management and Assistance
- Complete responsibility of closing the order
- Complete Work Flow maintenance and cross business selling
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Structured and creative approach to market research and lead generation
- Good skills using computer, websites and search engines
- Have hands-on experience in basics of web designing and digital marketing
- Excellent interpersonal skills; Good face to face manner
- Language proficiency in English & Telugu
- Strong Logical ability
- Should possess valid 2 wheeler license, own bike preferred
- This role requires active travelling in and around Tirupati area.
