Brief Description:
  • An ideal candidate will builds business online by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients. Provide pre-sales and after-sales support to customers through chat, mail and respond to the tickets raised by clients.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Identifies online business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Clarify the software issues of the clients, by coordinating with the concerned departments.
  • The candidate should be willing to work in any of the shifts as we provide 24*7 chat support. 
  • You may or may not work on some or all the above roles and responsibilities, strictly based on the requirement and instructions of the Company.
  • Any other tasks/jobs/roles company may assign you time to time to meet its business/customer requirements.
Skills Required :
  • Proficiency in English (writing and speaking),excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills., presentation skills, client relationships, emphasizing excellence, energy level, negotiation, prospecting skills, meeting sales goals, creativity, sales planning, independence, motivation for sales.
