Job Overview:
- Responsible for carrying out day to day Sales and customer relationship management activities.
- Work Time:- 9AM-6PM (REGULAR OFFICE SCHEDULE)
- Education: Graduate
- Experience: 0-5 Years in direct sales
- Location: Gurugram
- Travelling: Within Delhi NCR
- Industry: Healthcare
- Manage prospective customers and explain benefits of enrolling for the product.
- Maintain data of customers who have enquired about the product.
- Follow up and arrange for meeting with various prospective customers if they are not converted in first attempt.
- Adhere to targets for enrolling patients on to the tech platform as required from time to time of enrolled hospitals.
- Coordinate with doctors, receptionists, finance department, estimated departments and all other linked departments in the healthcare institution.
- Ensure that the customers with completed plans get timely treatment from the healthcare service providers.
- Manage CRM function at the hospital, take feedback of the services and resolve customer issues, if any.
- Manage relationship with hospitals and ensure achievement of targets.
- Maintain service delivery standards to users/partners.
