Job Title : Sales Associate (Entry level)

• Reports to : Strategic Sales Manager
• Work Location : Bangalore (local travel upto 60 % time)
• Compensation : INR 15000 -20000 per month + incentives

Summary

• We are seeking a driven, self-motivated sales executive to join our organization. 
• In this position, you will be responsible for pursuing sales opportunities through traditional channels. 
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach are a must. 
• This role is to promote conversion of diesel boilers to more sustainable lpg boilers and develop business for lpg supply. This is an entry level position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• ·      Meet personal and team sales targets.
• ·      Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.
• ·      Follow up sales till delivery of solutions.
• ·      Maintain sales relations with existing clients and pitch to new clients.
• ·      Establish goals to ensure market share and profitability of products and/or services.
• ·      Develop and execute sales plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and/or services.
• ·      Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• ·      Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
• ·      Establishing cordial business relations with clients until closing of the deal.
• ·      Should be flexible to travel to the client, whenever needed.

• Record sales and order information and report the same to the sales team.

Qualification:

• Graduate/Diploma with 60% aggregate. Candidates with B2B sales experience or passion may apply.
• Work experience 0-2 years in sales. Freshers preferred.

Expected Skills:

• Candidate should be very fluent in Kannada, English and Hindi.
• Good communication and negotiation skills. Good sales pitching skills.
• The ability and desire for a sales job with a confident and determined approach.
