Job Description
Sales managers @ RoofandFloor is responsible for delivering industry leading topline growth and driving customer acquisition in the real estate vertical.
Responsibilities
• Deliver customer acquisition, Topline sales/profitability and renewal/upsell targets for enterprise accounts in his/her portfolio
• Establish RoofandFloor as the leading partner for the allocated among the real estate property portals
• Work closely with the product/operations/ customer experience teams to craft and deliver a solution that meets the client needs
• Diligently capture information/summary of sales calls in the CRM application to help the Sales Head plan sales targets
• Deliver annual target revenue goals

• Solution selling – ability to understand customers’ requirements and craft compelling solutions
