Job Description
Sales Associate - Retail Loans
- Handle personal loan, home loan, gold loan, business loan and auto loan leads assigned by central marketing team and ensure maximum successful business
- Compare options of multiple banks and advise customers on best option for them. Coordinate with partner banks for loan documentation, disbursement and customer service
- Manage relationship with banks, sales managers, customers
- Report back status of leads to central marketing team and update CRM
- Generate referral leads from existing customers
Desired Profile:
- Graduates - B Com/ MBA/ BA (Eco)
- Looking for fast growth in a challenging environment and willing to work hard
- Must have studied Maths; proficient with Mental Maths
- Strong command over English
- Understanding of loan products would be an advantage
- Keen to work hard, punctual and having a zest for learning
- Eye for detail and comfortable in working with numbers and calculations
