Job Description
- Sale and submission of consultant profile to clients/accounts
- Completing Contracts/Purchase Orders after sales activities
- End to End BD activities for our staffing division
- Identifying & generating leads, prospecting leads to potential clients/accounts.
- New client acquisition & development of new clients.
- Will be responsible for client servicing, relationship management, client engagement of new clientele in the initial phase.
- Business Planning & Forecasting mandate/ revenue potential from each business opportunity and recommend strategies to top management as & when required.
- Build a sales pipeline by Cold calling, referencing, networking,Head Hunting etc
- Brand building
- Reporting & Documentation
