Job Description
Duties/Role –
- Responsible for dealer onboarding
- Ensuring 100% security deposit from dealers and push for online bidding
- To manage pool of car dealers and brokers in region for sale of car inventory
- Forecast, plan and support purchase of cars by dealers
- Resolve all disputes and concerned raised by dealers
- Continuously expand dealer network to achieve aggressive targets
- Provide feedback to retail team to improve margins
- Verification of all relevant paper work for the sale of car
- Achieve retail targets for vehicle
- Responsible for dealer feedback on delivery
Educational/Professional Qualification -
- Graduation from a top-tier university or MBA from top tier B-schools of India is a must.
- 1 -8 years of work-experience.
- Experience in Automobile Dealership is an advantage.
Skills –
- Strong selling skills, organizational, executional and multi-tasking skills
- Strong networking, persuasion, prospecting, negotiation and closing skills
- Confident and positive attitude, learning capability and Team handling skills
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English, multi-lingual is a plus
- Highly passionate and motivated individual willing to work in an independent high-growth environment
- Job location: Bhandup, Mumbai
- 6 Days working pattern.
- Open to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Weekly off will be on a week day.
