Job Description
- Use leads to contact potential customers and inform them about the product using scripts
- Ask questions to understand the requirement of the students and close sales by offering Toppr products that would be beneficial to the student
- Counsel students and parents to buy Toppr’s subscription
- Direct prospects to the direct sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Go the extra mile to exceed revenue targets and facilitate future sales
- Develop month–on–month sales models for proven business growth
- Salary : 25k to 29k in hand + Monthly Incentives 50K to 60K + 150 Travel Exp. Per Demo + Mobile Reimbursement 500/- + Spot Incentives Daily
- Post : Direct Sales Associates Profile.
- Good English communication skills.
- Preferable immediate Joiners.
- Promotions within 3 months as based on performance.
- Half Yearly Increments.
