Job Description:

•  Call Power Generators on daily basis from AER Database/CDM List to source Entities who want to sell their Renewable Energy Assets.
  
• Call Power Consumers on a daily basis to obtain Mandates to install EPC Solar Projects on the Roof Top. 
  

These include:-

Spinning/Ginning Mills (Punjab/Tirupur Belt)

•  Steel Rolling Mills
• Ceramic/Glass Companies (Morvi/Surat Belt)

Call Power Consumers to obtain Partnership Mandates

• Hotel chains
  
• Cold Storage/Freight Companies
  
• Retail chains
  
• Call EPC Companies to scout for any active projects
  
• Analyze Electricity Bills so as to obtain Net Electricity Rate.
  
• Analyze EPC Proposals and liaise with EPC so as to obtain optimal Capex cost.
  
•  Preparing Financial Models, Information Memorandum on Mandated Projects and Proposals (from existing templates)
  
• Coordinating and monitoring of account receivables for deals that he/she closes

•  Cold Calling Power Generators – Minimum 10 calls daily
  
• Gujarat Generators – Solar
  
• Andhra Generators – Wind
  
• Telengana Generators – Wind
  
• Karnataka Generators – Wind
  
• Cold Calling EPCs – (Database consists of 1900+ entities) Minimum 5 calls daily
  
• Cold Calling – Power Consumers for Partnership Mandates Minimum 5 calls daily
  
• Cold Calling Power Consumers – Roof Top Mandates Minimum 15 calls daily
  
• Financial Evaluation of Data from Generators
  
• Follow up calls to obtain data from Generators/EPC/Developers
  
• Follow up Calls for drawdown monitoring/Receivable Collection.
  

• Experience in deal evaluation and financial modeling
  
• Hands on knowledge on developing and running a financial model and scenario options
  
• Ability to present a financial model to articulate cash flow and risks of the project
  
• Strong research capabilities / thorough analytical abilities
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication
  
• Team player with an ability to work effectively in small groups
