Job Description
Looking for Sales Associate for an Agro Company.
Should be able to sell Agro Products to customers and increase the business.
Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls.

Solving queries, telling them about products/offers/services
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternativesSeize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance levelMeet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Showcase Interest, Optimism, and persistence Attempt to find NEW LEADS for the Company Able to scour the Social Media, Websites to find the Leads.
Good Organization Skills in Excel (able to create and maintain the Data)
Company will Pay for the Internet and Phone Charges Monthly.
Limiting budget to 1000 Per Month
You should have your own Phone and PC/Laptop and You can work from HOME
