Job Description
Job Designation: Sales Executive (Real Estate)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing customers and achieving sales target every quarter by various given leads generated from print media or digital media and Cold calling .
- Showing the asked projects to the interested customers and converting them into genuine buyers.
- Do daily basis follow-ups and keep track of all active leads and ensuring towards closure as per manager’s guidance
- Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
- Be a great Team player .
Salary: Upto 20 K /Month (Not a constraint for right Skills)
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to build, foster, and maintain positive professional relationships
- Devotion to high-quality customer service
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Keen analytical and research abilities
- Knowledge of relationship management best practices.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities
- Willingness to develop an in-depth understanding of the business and related services
- Outgoing and customer-oriented attitude.

- Should have Excellent communication skills in speaking & written English.
