Job Description:

• We are looking for a talented Sales Associate who has a winning attitude and a passion to succeed. 
• The purpose of the role is to drive sales for the product and to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.
• To be successful as a Sales associate, you should stay up-to-date with product features and able to give a demo to the client.

• Achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Marketing & Lead generation activity.
• Briefing product and convince the customer.
• Reporting the Follow-up and Visits.
• Build productive trust relationships with customers.
• Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features.• Remain knowledgeable of products offered and discuss available options.
• Business Development: Cold Calling, E-mail Marketing, Organizing Meetings, Leaflet distribution, On-site Visits, Campaigning, Bulk emailing, Social Networking, etc. 

• 1.25 – 3.0 LPA (base) + Added Sales Benefits on achieving the monthly and quarterly sales target.
• Uncapped Earning Potential.

• Any Graduate.
• Clear and Persuasive Communication Skills in verbal, written and presentation.
• Previous Sales Experience or Customer facing would be advantageous.
• Self Starter, Quick Learner, and Highly Organized.
• Keen to work with New & Emerging Technology.
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner.
• Strong client management skills and a confident negotiator.
• A person with high energy levels and openness to learning new things.
• Language Proficiency: English, Hindi.
