Job Description
We have openings for Sales / Business Development Executive.
About the Position
- Prior experience in selling Enterprise Software to clients in India and internationally via desk selling or via partners.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have successfully sold Enterprise Application Software like HRMS, ERP and CRM on a SaaS and Inpremise mode
Responsibilities:
- Looking for sales/ business development professionals with 1-2 yrs of experience preferably with IT, HR/ Payroll Software, ERP products. Candidates should have good knowledge of IT sales/ marketing processes and have good communication and presentation skills
- Selling HR/ Payroll software to Channel Partners by assessing their business requirements.
- Follow up with the clients once the sales team is involved.
- Achieving sales targets through the acquisition of new channel partners.
- Take the lead role in consultative sales of high value solution business.
- Developing a Sales process from initial point of contact (lead generation), presentations, proposals, through negotiations and Closing.
- Helping the team to understand various product offerings and solutions available with business.
- Building and managing strong relationships with customers.
- Graduate, MBA preferred
- At least 1+ years of sales experience and consistently achieved / exceeded sales targets
- Thorough understanding / appreciation of software product sales
- Must be extremely effective at initiating high-level contacts in accounts and have strong presentation skills to close the sale.
- Ability to generate leads and build business in a wide-open market
- Should have worked with at least one HRMS software for planning and recording sales activities.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Self-starter, goal oriented and ability to work independently to meet company objectives
- Salary :- As per candidate profile, work knowledge and experience ( Approx 20,000 /- to 30,000 )
- The Position is based in Chennai.
