Job Description

Sales Business Development Officer 

● Generate 6-8 quality prospects a day, schedule about 5 demos per day with a pipeline value of Rs.1 lac per day for the field sales managers by doing 50 unique engagements in a day within assigned territory & business verticals 
● Run a minimum of 1 campaign each day to reach out to existing leads in the assigned area to generate as many prospects from them 
● Meet existing customers in the area you are doing demand generation and get a minimum 1 reference per customer per day
● Generate 2 partner leads per day when you come across hardware vendors, web designers, and other relevant vendors in the market you are working 
● Continuously improving the lead-to-prospect ratio, the prospect-to-demo ratio, prospect-to-decision ratio, the campaign success ratio and the overall revenue potential of the prospects on a month-on-month basis 
● Making every prospect experience the product and continuously improving the number of apps / applications experienced per prospect on a month-on-month basis. Daily minimum 8 mobile app installations and 2 trail installations of desktop solutions are expected 
● Follow the systems and processes and utilize the CRM tools effectively to ensure 100% quality information is entered into the CRM for all the leads and prospects engagements
