· Attend Walk-Ins & Tele Inquiries.
· Ensure the test drive to the customers.
· Complete all booking formalities.
· Ensure timely car delivery of the customer.
· Promote cross-selling products (like finance, insurance etc).
· Identify Vehicle need.
· Competition Knowledge: Price, Product, offers, negative write-ups, Finance schemes, Parts prices.
· Enquiry Sourcing:
1) Referrals 2) Tele Outs 3) Prospecting 4) Cold Calls 5) O/S Events 6) Local Events.
SKILLS REQUIREMENT:-
· Good communication skills.
· Should be alert and receptive.
· Must be very organized professional.
· Knowledge of Automobiles is a must.
