Job Description
- Manage the Inflow of Inbound leads and book appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on high quality leads.
- Process Leads in a timely and comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors
- Proactively follow up leads generated by Liasioning with Sales managers.
- Employee has to work on the leads provided by company. No cold calling.
- Employee is not required to go on fields for the closure of leads.
- Highlight issues through feedback and recommend changes in workflows, procedures and service levels to meet customer needs and to ensure quality service at all times
- Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business
- Negotiate commercial terms within set guidelines
- Liase effectively with all departments within Euronics to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing Best Practice Ideas.
- Analytical mind & attention to detail
- High level of Customer sensitivity, commitment & service orientation
- Good interpersonal skills
