Job Description
- Carry out market research by visiting builders, brokers, socities in order to build local real estate development.
- Help customer in closing the shortlisted flat.
- In face to face meeting understand the customer requirement accurately, solve his doubt, educate him.
- Guide the customer throughout the process and help him in finalising flat.
- Coordinate with legal team to carry out the documentation of flat.Coordinate with the billing team to get the payment collected.
- Don't want candidate above 30 for Senior Consultants.
- Must have 2-3 years of sales experience.
