Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
* Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
* Ensure that clients requirements are fulfilled and renewal of software is ensured.
* Invoice processing and payment follow up are vital parts of this role.
* Prepare Monthly & quarterly MIS reports.
* Maintain and regularly update databases.
* Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
* Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from.
Required Experience and Qualifications
* 2 years of experience in sales
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi is Mandatory
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
* Should be confident on the phone and should have a great phone presence.
* Immediate joiners preferred
