Job Description
- Good Communication and Convincing Skills
- Attending Customers/Distributors mails and responding on time and follow up
- Client handling and query solving
- Daily Sales Reporting and regular follow ups with clients
- Rate contract, Quotation, Performa Invoice, Authorization Documentation, Order Diversion/Enquiry Diversion and follow up
- PO assigning in respective units
- Outstanding payment follow up with direct customers
- Follow-up with planning for schedule wise dispatches
- Schedule delivery confirmation to customers
- Customer Supplied material reconciliation.
- Follow-up and with procurement Review
- Coordinate with Accounts Team
- Order Management of Distributors & Customers, Schedule Order,
- Sharing the dispatch detail and handling grievances
