Job Description
- Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Making sign off documents and taking approval from architecht / clients with the help of sales team .
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Manage the payments collection from clients when needed .
- Help the sales team in costing , making quotations and proposals .
