Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Achieve or exceed Sales targets and other key performance measurements.
- Maximize sales opportunities through excellent product knowledge; demonstrate creativity and flair on the sales floor.
- Increase sales growth and driving sales initiatives in order to achieve business goals.
- Identify prospective clients, generating business from the existing clientele, thereby achieving business targets.
- Effective Marketing and Sales management systems for record keeping of Sales.
- Create and share Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly Sales Target reports of the individual and project-wise sales of flats, shops or office spaces.
