Job Description
- Prepare sales order in tally.
- Prepare sales invoice in tally.
- Communicate with customer through mail/phone regarding the customer quries.
- Responsible to reconcile the pending orders.
- Inform the dispatch details to customer through mail/phone
- Prepare and send the samples to customer.
- Coordinate with logistics vendor for on time delivery.
- Responsible to update the sales register.
- Responsible for sales return activities
- Sending the sales order after receiving approval from Manager.
- Forward the invoice to dispatch team for goods dispatch.
- Responsible for sales invoice filing.
