The Group

The Role : The Financial Planning group builds solutions and capabilities that enable financial advisors to deliver compliant and comprehensive financial advice so that their retail clients and investors meet their goals. The solutions leverage Morningstarâs extensive data and research capabilities across all stages of financial advice making the advice process compliant, efficient and effective.

Responsibilities

Responding to sales/customer queries and providing technical advice
Entering customer orders accurately, within timeframes to ensure delivery deadlines are met
Offering full support to the National Sales Manager and team, including diary management, arranging meetings e
Managing an inbox & processing all incoming requests for quotations into the CRM
Account Alterations, Demo account setup
Understanding of the Financial Domain with exposure to international market.
Can carry out multiple roles as per organization needs.
Sales strategy and execution â manage an integrated sales strategy and leading a team to effectively execute it across multiple digital and offline channels, using data analytics and customer feedback to inform decisions.
Excellent customer service and telephone manner.
Good geographical knowledge of Australia;
Managing a strategic, integrated campaign calendar for all online and offline sales initiatives that drives sales and retention.

Requirements

Min 2 year work experience,MBA Business / Finance or prior exposure to financial domain with basic knowledge IT domain
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and planning skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality work.
Ability to lead team decision-making processes and foster an environment of teamwork.
Good database management skills.
Analyzing and research skills.
Project management.
Video editing and digital marketing skills (Not mandate).
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Must have worked in Basic IT domain.
Should be strong and exposed to Financial market (Both India and International).
Ability to work in an agile and remote team.
Eye for detail and identifying problems.
Basic understanding of agile techniques, scrum methodologies. (Not mandate).
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and planning skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality work.
Ability to lead team decision-making processes and foster an environment of teamwork.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Self-directed and detail-oriented.
