Job Description
Key requirements -
Should be able to
- Scope publications, online media, exhibition directories etc. for leads
- Scope the internet for relevant trade events for sales persons to visit
- Make initial contact with key individuals in Prospect companies
- Set up meetings with prospect companies for sales persons
- Follow up with H.O. for billing/invoicing (Receive billing sheets from sales persons, re-checking with contracts and sending to H.O. / Check invoicing as per ROs and contracts)
- Follow up with clients for ad artworks (with a sales person in the loop)
- Follow up with clients for payments (Raise red flags in case of ageing debtors)
- Schedule meetings with new prospects
- Any other back-end activity to facilitate smooth sales
