Managing Logistic Work
To provide Invoice or final Invoice to client.
To prepare monthly budgets regarding sales and providing to Sales representatives.
To search of various IT marketing exhibitions and provide information to admin and sales departments
To provide lead regarding demo of various products and services to client
Supporting the marketing manager for back office and paper work activities.
Making telephone calls/cold calling to prospects if data provided by Sales representative.
Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations
Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
Record details of opportunities and lead notes
Taking lead from telephone enquiries and forward to Sales Representatives.
Handling walks in clients and vendors.
Payment process and follow up regarding various vendors.
Co-ordination with clients regarding payments and any outstanding payments.
Preparation of various MIS data.
