Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Report Sharing with RSM on daily basis.
- Login & Logout Status Checking of sales Employee in assigned Area on daily basis
- Handling Sales app queries (beat,distributor outlet,updation) daily basis.
- Attendance Tracking from Field Assist in Assigned Area daily basis.
- Weekly MIS report of TSI/SO/ASM/RSM.
- Sales Employee Tour Plan MIS on weekly basis.
- Joint Working MIS of ASM & SO on weekly basis
- Preparing Sales presentation
- Preparing Sales Target Vs achievement Report on Monthly basis
- Validating the incentive working with RSM and sharing to Account Department on monthly basis
- Collecting Travel Expense from Assigned Area monthly basis
- Checking the Expense Details as per policy & sharing to HR department for further process monthly basis
- Explaining the policy to new joinee
- Training of field assist to new joinee
- Closing Updation of all SS
- Closing Updation of all Distributor in assigned Area
- Purchase record updation
