Job Description

1. Preparing excel sheet on daily basis.

2. To interact with partner/OEM for payment follow-up.

3. To call customer directly for sharing order details and follow-up.

4. Visiting to partner/OEM office once in a week for payment follow-up and submitting documents.

5. To maintain proper office files for the documents and related paperwork.

6. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

7. Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events

8. Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements

9. Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
