1. Need to Understand the answering technical questions posed by customers
2. Identifying potential customers through networking initiatives, cold-calling, and email communications.
3. Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential and existing customers.
4. Preparing regular sales reports as well as sales territory plans.
5. Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and product success to determine customer preferences.
6. Developing innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
7. Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer loyalty.
8. Clear understanding of the business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
9. Provide Assistance to Villa Sales Manager and drive customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
10 . Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
