  • Responsible for carrying out day to day business development and customer relationship management in the hospital premises

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage the program and man sales desks / kiosks on-site
  • Manage prospective customers and explain benefits of enrolling for the product
  • Maintain data of customers who have enquired about the product.
  • Follow up and arrange for meeting with various prospective customers if they are not converted in first attempt
  • Adhere to targets for enrolling patients on to the tech platform as required from time to time
  • Conduct training/presentation/demo of product to employees (medical and non-medical staff) of enrolled hospitals
  • Coordinate with doctors, receptionists, finance department, estimate departments and all other linked departments in the healthcare institution
  • Ensure that the customers with completed plans get timely treatment from the healthcare service providers
  • Manage CRM function at the hospital, take feedback of the services and resolve customer issues, if any
  • Manage relationship with hospitals and ensure targets related to plans placed are met; upkeep service delivery standards
Skills / Qualification / Experience
  • Ateast 2-6 years of work experience in direct sales/tele sales.
  • Prior experience in Healthcare, Insurance, Loans, FMCG would be a plus
  • Experience in managing healthcare institutes/sales would be a plus
  • Good people management and interpersonal skills
  • Contact center champions with strong empathy
  • A service and problem solving orientation
  • Collaborative, excellent sales skills, extrovert, smart, presentable and pleasing personality
