About part time job/internship
SkillDeck's motto is to build careers of all our trainees. SkillDeck is pioneer of practical training in Indian market. We are looking for an extraordinary sales team to speak with students, make them aware of how we can help to shape their career, and should be responsible from end to end sales.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned
2. Building a strong relationship/trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements and suggesting the right product to the customers
3. Selling the courses over the phone and achieve the targeted sales numbers & value, set quality parameters
4. Explaining the product features in detail
5. Understanding customer requirements, encourage them to enroll in the course
6. Addressing all the issues/grievances of customers and provide the right customer experience
7. Capturing the insights from customer interactions and share it with the internal team
Requirements:
1. Graduates, passouts, or people pursuing studies who want to earn along
2. Only required are excellent communication skills, convincing skills, and people who love sales
