Description of the Role
As an SDR, you're going to have the following responsibilities and goals:
- Responsible for outbound sales prospecting through list building and emails
- Research, identity, and prospect for new target companies within multiple niche industries.
- Generating and qualifying new leads and moving them through the sales pipeline
- Develop and execute a strong prospecting plan of action, including lead generation strategies and personalized cold emails template creations
- Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure revenue objectives
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage with the CEO for next steps
Qualifications
- Multi-tasker and connector, an organized operator who executes on both internal and external responsibilities
- You are the poster child for startup hustle: change is your only constant, no challenge is too big, and no task is too small
- Self-motivated and excited by the potential to own what you do
- Detail-oriented and meticulous with your work
- Excellent listener with strong written and verbal communication skills
- An eternal optimist who is invigorated by challenges and jumps in with solutions
- 1+ years of sales/pre-sales, business development, or operations experience
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English are a must!
