Job Description:

• Conduct high volume prospecting to qualify leads (between 60 and 80 calls / emails per day)
• Close new business consistently at or above quota level
• Work closely and collaboratively with sales management to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans
• Schedule and conduct needs qualification calls and product demonstrations with prospects
• Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity

Responsibilities and Duties

• Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to overcome objections Previous SDR experience and familiarity with the human resources space is an asset
  
• Superior communications skills, excellent verbal capacity, and the ability to capture an audience during a presentation
  
• Aggressive and self-propelled Vitality, energy, silliness, empathy and excitement Capacity to multi-assignment, organize, and oversee time viably in a quick pace condition
  
• Capacity to work in a high-vitality deals group condition; cooperative person. Appreciates undertaking based and objective based work
  

• A self-starter with a track record of time management, proven customer service skills and exceptionally organized.
• Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office)
• Sales training and salesforce.com experience a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Liberal Arts is a must
• Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
