Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a high growth B2B SaaS company preferably in the areas of solution/value building or selling, pre-sales or consulting and/or developing selling skills in others.
- Strong in building and maintaining relationships. Experience in dealing with multiple internal senior level stakeholders.
- Experience in analyzing business needs and selling value to customers.
- Experienced at establishing priorities and meeting swift deadlines in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment.
- Experience in facilitation, training, coaching sales professionals is a plus.
- Experience in establishing learning and performance metrics and measurements (ROI & Benchmarking) is a plus.
- Professional with project/program management experience is a plus.
- Based in Mumbai or Bangalore.
