Designation: Engineer- Sales & marketing
· Identify & establish new customers (Consultants, EPC’s, OEM’s & EU) for new Projects
· Visiting, Presenting & positioning Distinct Techno concept Pvt. Ltd.
· Generating Project/Product Enquiries from new customers
· Techno-commercial offer submission
· Negotiation & order closing
· Payment follow-up support
· Reporting
Ø Meet/exceed position objectives as established by Sales leaders.
Ø Be proficient in selling and have proven track record of ability to build strong customer relationships, particularly with engineering consultants, end users EPC’s and system integrators.
Ø Differentiate Distinct Techno concept Pvt. Ltd from other project competitors by building “partner” relationships with customers.
Ø Demonstrate technical competence on all products/solutions within the area of focus.
Ø Have in-depth knowledge of process related products & Services in the areas of; automation, instrumentation & Electrical.
Ø Be responsible for project identification and gaining specifications for E&I solutions at assigned engineering facilities within assigned geography.
Ø Work closely with the Sales team to aid in the development of field presentations and application notes.
Ø Develop and implement effective sales plans across a geographic territory as defined by Sales Manager/HOD.
Ø Work jointly with Consultants, EPCs & EU to coordinate project tracking and ultimately closing the sale.
Ø Value addition of products/project solutions in existing customers by visiting or telemarketing.
Ø If required, Pre-Order Site visits with Engineering/Execution Team for understanding actual project requirements & site conditions
Ø Fully utilize the Focus V7 software system as a communication, reporting, measurement and tracking tool to enhance productivity.
Ø Timely submissions of Sales Plan, Visit Plan, Visit reports, Sales report
Ø Continue personal development through an effective skill building program as determined by the Sales Manager and the Human Resources Department.
Ø Represent Company at Exhibitions, Seminars.
Ø Have active involvement in industry-related associations.
