- Create and conducts sales proposal presentations.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
- Following up the sales proposals and activities and deliver monthly Precise and up to date sales reports.
- Identify, Select and manage external agencies for optimal results.
- Responsible to manage the profit and loss accounts.
- co-oprate sales , B2B, B2C,Houserent / lease / Rent.
- Database management
- Impart Product knowledge
- Maintain quantitative Aspects
- Completing sales targets time to time - Real-Estate Sales.
- Any graduate/ MBA .
- 1 to 9+ Years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills, Good convincing/presentation skills.
- Go getter attitude with prior achievements appreciated.
- Team player, should be able to work under pressure as & when required.
- Knowledge of MS Excel.
