Job Description
Understanding the business and the products Retail assets Loab Credit Cards and Insurance selling the same and helping address the queries Maintain a database of the queries or escalations received and Preparing a detailed report of the overall day to day performance including sales numbers and targets achieved Keep records of the customer interactions sales and transactions made details of enquiries complaints comments with actions taken to address the same Follow up with the customers with regards to status taking feedback and ensuring appropriate action is taken to address the same at the earliest Incase of unresolved queries escalate the matter to seniors and help resolve the issues Good communication and problem solving skills Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to handle ambiguity and pressure Good listening skills Well versed with MS Office.
