- We are seeking a driven, self-motivated competitive sales executive to join our organization.
- In this position, you will be responsible for pursuing sales opportunities through traditional channels and by utilizing new technology and communication software to reach new prospects. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach are a must.
- Responsible for sales and acquisitions to new & existing clients and also acquire new clients in the assigned territory.
- Target and develop new business opportunities.
- Interact with potential clients and make them attracted toward the product.
- Consistently work on increasing sales and achieving revenue targets assigned.
- Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
- Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
- Preparation of sales presentation, sales proposal, offer preparation, submission and negotiation.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Provide a technical support to the customer after sales for the best result of the product. Handle complaints and objections.
- Maintain personal contact with major customers to ensure an appropriate level of customer satisfaction.
- Market research, mapping, and analysis.
- Participate in events and conferences on behalf of the company
- MBA/ Any graduation degree (Biotechnology graduate is highly preferred)
- Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
- Male Candidates only
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication skill and Proficiency in written and spoken English; second language a plus
- Experience with customer relationship tools.
- Ability to travel
- Salary: INR 2,50,000 P.A (Negotiable). Incentives on sales target
