Resolve customers queries through e- mail and chat within the assigned TAT
Pay full attention to understand customer queries so that accurate information is provided
Offer to call the customer at their convenience if they have questions
Making followup calls.
Managing and preparing reports on daily basis.
Mostly need to communicate with emails 60% and rest 40% on calls & chat.
Must have basic knowledge of computers & Microsoft etc
