Job Description
We are looking for 1-5 years experience in Real Estate & Construction company.
The candidate has to achieve sales targets assigned on a monthly basis.
Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Sales Marketing of a Real Estate Project
Develop and manage broker network
Maintain cordial relationships with the brokers and customers where ever required
Manage the Sales Team, Back Office and all queries related to sales of the project
Lead Generation, negotiate with customers and close transactions.Leading sales teams across different projects
Responsible for the performance and development of the team member(s).
