Job Description
- Obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential Customers
- End to End Sales.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual sales.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, customer service & new service development.
- Makes sure that new customers are giving continuous business by applying customer retention techniques and promotional activities and developing healthy relationship with customers.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications; establishing personnel networks; participating in office debates and meetings.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Co-ordination with Pricing and operation team regarding ongoing shipments, have to synchronise services as per customers requirement and demand.
- Timely payment collection from customers.
- Cold Calling and generating new sales lead from data available online.
- Achieving given target.
- Ready to travel to various industrial area’s present in City of Mumbai, Pune , Nasik, Aurangabad, Ahmednagar & Gujarat and even overseas too.
